about
RoSaWay is a Parisian pop duo consisting of Rachel Ombredane and Stéphane Avellaneda, whose music is born from an unlikely and original combination: the flute and the drums. Bringing a refreshing ‘’french touch’’ to the table, Rachel’s soothing voice beautifully bind together the pair’s instrumentation. With a pleasant reminiscence to 70’s theme-song-style grooves, RoSaWay combines vintage sounds with modern blend of the present and past.
Both musicians have deeply honed their crafts and careers: Rachel earned her Bachelor’s in flute, Diploma in music teaching and Masters in musicology at the Sorbonne in Paris and the Vocal Academy. And with an ambition to explore different musical genres, she found herself on television sets singing with international artist such as Ed Sheeran, Jain, Broken Back, and in prestigious venues such as the Zenith of Paris.
Over his career, SteF has become a renown blues drummer and international touring artist. SteF started his professional journey as part of the blues band Mercy, and soon after that was propelled to the big stage alongside the Serbian guitarist Ana Popovic. He became her official drummer and has toured around the world to over thirty countries, having shared stage with legends such as BB King, Buddy Guy, Jonny Lang. SteF played with many other artists such as Ben Poole, Robyn Bennett, Carlos Johnson, Marko Balland, Vinnie’s Vice…

Well, my friends have often told me
You're from the wrong side of the 'hood and don’t you know You just a midnight creeper and you don't mean me no good

Roll me, roll me, roll me baby
Like you roll a rubber ball and don't ya know
You got me comin when I hear you call
Wrap yourself arround me, wrap yourself around me
VERSE 3.
Tocard, fêtard, flemmard, nullard
Binoclard, ringard, zonard et vantard
Après Léonard, Gaspar y’a eu Balthazar
Toujours la même histoire…
Tocard, fêtard, flemmard nullard
Binoclard, ringard, zonard et vantard
Léonard, Gaspar et Balthazar
Tocard, fêtard, flemmard nullard
Binoclard, fêtard, zonard…
CHORUS
J’en ai marre de toi mais jt’aime comme ça
Je ne devrais pas mais jt’aime comme ça
Folle de toi mais jt’aime comme ça
Anybody who’s ever found themselves on the rocks, having the blues,or in a bit of a funk should pick up this album, which is brilliant and totally elevating. Greg has spun the perfect thread of Rock, Blues and Funk and these tunes sound so great, anchored by Greg’s amazing voice and his electric, acoustic, and resonator guitars. Incredibly strong bass and drums rock the room, and the harmonies and vocals throughout have me humming all day.
Same as ever was, but even better.
This is awesome williams87
